All trips must be deposited 50% within 14 days of the reservation. The balance due will be collected 60 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of cancellation your deposits will be kept, so we strongly urge all clients to get travel insurance. Holding spaces at many of the lodges is critical, since they are typically in high demand. Be sure to get your deposits to us in a timely manner. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
